Closing all open mails in Outlook in 1 click: Many times we face the situation in which multiple open mails keep on piling up with time and we want to close all the open mails without closing Outlook.
Sometimes what people do is, close all the mails one by one or they close Outlook itself to close all the open windows. But there is a better way to do it, as mentioned below:
Suppose we have a long list of mails open.
Step 1: Go to View tab in outlook.
Step 2: Click on Close all items button.
Result: All open mails are closed.
